Compass is looking to hire marketing and technical personnel to further develop and expand our business acquiring commercial aircraft and engines profitably while managing the existing aircraft portfolio. We are seeking Regional Managers for Western Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The marketing positions will require excellent interpersonal skills, good analytical capabilities, and the willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to and within the assigned geographic territories. The position covering Western Europe and any technical personnel will be based in San Francisco. The position covering Asia may be located in the Far East.
Requirements: No previous industry expertise is required. However, education, past experience and demonstrated success will be evaluated in addition to knowledge of aircraft and/or finance.
